With the creation of my rendition of a Gluten Free Orange Almond cake, it's fragrant aroma filled the house mirroring the sunshine floating in from the open windows. The delicious scent of my delectable cake brought out many of the other lovely perfumes that spring carries. With the old fashioned folk music playing in the background, I stopped for a moment and made note of the simplistic beauty radiating around me, and with that in mind- I indulged in citrus-y flavor.
I think we all need to take the time to really see the incredible world around us and delight in it. There is so much beauty in everyday life, so many ordinary miracles that do not deserve to go unnoticed.
